Sarah Turner - Managing Director
With over 10 years in the community services sector, Sarah brings extensive expertise and a compassionate approach to One Up Support. She began her career as a youth worker in New South Wales, advancing to Team Leader of a Residential Care organisation. Sarah then shifted her focus primarily to NDIS services, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, and the importance of community engagement through fostering strong relationships with participants and their support networks. As co-founder of One Up Support Services, Sarah is dedicated to enabling participants to achieve their fullest potential by cultivating genuine connections and strengthening community ties.
Shaun O'Dea - Managing Director
With over 8 years in the community services sector and 20 years of management experience, Shaun brings extensive knowledge and expertise to One Up Support Services. He began his career in Child Safety Residential Care as a youth worker before advancing to a management role. As Operations Manager for a medium-sized provider, Shaun oversaw programs in Child Safety Residential Care, NDIS services, Supported Independent Living (SIL), and an outdoor adventure therapy program. Shaun’s person-centred approach and commitment to community engagement ensure that One Up Support Services fulfills its mission to empower individuals and foster meaningful outcomes.
